Night training!
A few of us ran last night after dark. I personally have lost the touch. We run in the dark all winter and last night I discovered that is not very comfortable after a summer of running in the beautiful sunny summer mornings. I think I need to do a little more night running practice before the race. It is now race week, no more training just a few short runs and we head out for S2S on Thursday. Go Team Shiny Penny Syndrome!

Um, ya it was hard. I think about twisted my ankle 3 or 4 times last night. Missing driveways, stepping off curbs, etc.
