I went running yesterday 3.1 miles. I have been struggling coming back it has been hard and wanted to give up many times. Then you have those magical runs where everything feels good and you feel like you can run forever. I had that kind of run yesterday and I needed that! I am excited to get out and do more!

I am so happy for you. Coming back is such a struggle but then you get that magical run and you are hooked all over again. See you tomorrow "Sweet Cheeks"
