Gettin' ready to head out

LET GO OF THE POLE CAROLYN....it's time to go! Totally had to pry her off the pole (not really). FUEL UP LADIES...next stop MILE 7

    For those of you who may not know what all the stuff on the curb is, it is our fuel belts. You don't do a long run with out fuel to keep you from bonking. Everyone had to drop their fuel belts and make on last trip to the potty before we headed out on a long 12 mile run.
