It was H-O-T!!
The track at the middle school was hot! Ran 3 miles with some sprints after... my girls played in the nice warm sun... by the way... did I mention it was hot!!?? And those darn middle school kids don't drop any change!! Thanks to Matt Yoshioka for entertaing my kids with a cookie while I ran.

I started laughing while reading your post. Memories of running the track and doing speed work with you while we had all our kids it tow...wasn't such a pleasant experience. Some choice words might have been spoken that day:) We still have the picture of all the kids lined up (in height order) for gum at my moms truck!
