Questions???

If I work up a sweat cleaning the toilets and scrubbing the showers is it considered cross-training? Haha! Also I found a dime in the washer... should I throw it in the road so I can pick it up and claim it as road money?

    Did it get your heart rate up to 70% of your MHR for 30 minutes or more? Not having a clean bathroom might get your heart rate up that high.

    I found a dollar in my cycling jacket and wondered the same thing...is it road money??? I very well may have picked it up on a ride OR...I may have had it in my pocket in case we decided to stop and get hot chocolate...HMMM! I have a shower that needs to be scrubbed, wanna come over:)?
