Stood up

I think this is the first morning I know of that no one ran due to weather. But the 35 mph sustained winds and horrible wind gusts kept me in bed. Glad I didn't have to go out in it! So what are you doing to make up for not going out?....anyone?

    I think that a couple of us are going to run Friday morning instead. Unless another storm comes through, then I guess I will sleep in again!

    I did 42 mins of a different work out. It was good but I'm a creature of habit and would rather have been running!

    Jaime, Fawn, and I ran this morning to make up for Thurdays miss... We only ran 1.3 miles, but I guess its better than nothing! It was too cold and still a bit windy.
